In recent years,with the progress of the development of tunnel construction technology and management methods,China's rapid development of tunnel construction projects.Among them,the highway tunnel construction is a huge project,the system is a big investment,long cycle,the internal structure is complex,involving many factors complex open systems,while the number of systems affected by the risk factors among the factors the complex relationship.At the same time,the severity of the consequences of Highway Tunnel caused by different risk factors,and,with the deepening Tunnel excavation depth,increasing the length of the tunnel construction and tunnel operators of a large number of engineering accidents often occur,such as rock burst,fires,landslides,explosions and so on.Therefore,only the implementation of the construction process of highway tunnel in scientific risk management,in order to avoid accidents or reduce the tunnel project,the purpose of which is the thesis.Paper relies Chongqing Qijiang City Ring Road project,to study the process of tunnel construction project risk profile.Meanwhile,the paper combined with theoretical knowledge of risk management,to research and data analysis as the main means,the general contractor for construction of the tunnel construction process to identify risk factors in depth.In the tunnel construction management risk assessment stage,the establishment of a tunnel construction methods and models of risk assessment.During the construction phase risk response,the paper made a key risk responses to major risk factors.Research paper Qijiang Ringstrasse tunnel construction risk management,primarily to deal with two aspects of risk assessment and risk-depth analysis:(1)Risk identification.In regard to jiangcheng district ring road construction in the process of the present situation of the lack of risk management,in the process of tunnel construction risk conditions to carry out the research.In the early stage of the risk factors identification stage,through the investigation and analysis,this paper decides to adopt the WBS method is used to identify the risk.In combination with the practical situation of the project,through the way of research to the construction site management personnel,for the qijiang count huancheng road tunnel is used to identify the decomposition of the risk factors existing in the construction process.(2)On the basis of risk identification,the main qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methods to assess risk factors of the project,considering a full range of risk factors that exist in the project during construction.Through a comprehensive analysis of qualitative and quantitative results in the construction process of the project's overall risk situation.(3)Risk response.Through the construction process Qijiang Ringstrasse tunnel project actual risk assessment,obtained major risk factors and take appropriate preventive measures to control and evaluate the results in a higher amount of risk a key factor for.(4)Risk monitoring.Risk Monitoring from the process point of view,at the end of the tunnel construction risk management processes,but risk monitoring is a continuous process,which runs through the entire construction period,is an important way to track and evaluate the overall implementation of risk management activities.
