Medical video recorder is an important part of minimally invasive surgical equipment system and it is being widely used in surgery.However,most of the domestic medical video recorders are monopolized by foreign manufacturers,which are expensive and only have the basic functions of video recording and storage,unable to meet the current medical video recorder high-definition,network,intelligent human-computer interaction and other functional requirements.Based on the analysis of the function and technical scheme of medical video recorders at home and abroad,this paper has developed a set of hardware system for medical HD video recorder which with full HD video recording,storage,broadcasting,network transmission and intelligent human-computer interaction.Firstly,the functional requirements of the current medical video recorder are analyzed,and the hardware design specification of the medical HD video recorder is defined.Then,the circuits of the main board and interface board are designed,including Hi3531 minimum system circuit,SATA interface circuit,USB interface circuit,Ethernet interface circuit,audio interface circuit,DVI and SDI interface circuit,STM32 control system circuit and power supply circuit.Secondly,the PCB stack and layout of the 6-layer main board and the 4-layer interface board are designed.The high-speed signal routing method is used to design the high-speed signal in the main board and the interface board.The engineering method of digital-analog mixed-signal rouing is used to design of the audio module circuit.The routing design of the power and the ground is designed by the engineering method of the power integrity design,and the PCB design result is given.Finally,the hardware system was debugged in conjunction with the software program,and all the functional tests,voltage and ripple test,power test,key clock signal test and EMC test were performed.The test results show that the error of the power supply voltage of the medical HD video recorder hardware system is within ± 10%,the maximum power consumption is 42W,the electrostatic protection level is ± 8KV(contact discharge),± 15KV(air discharge).The system is passed Electromagnetic compatibility certification-test,and it is stable and reliable.As the results,all measured data satisfies the design specifications request.
