| Supper high-rise building construction is a high risk process for the people in service because of the long period,huge investigation,complex skill and wildly partner. Since the process development with many uncertainly element, the accident will happened frequently and with terrible consequence if without enough prevention and domination. So we must pay enough attention on the potential threat then get a good preparing.After China joined WTO at 2001, Chinese economic are facing challenge and opportunity unprecedented. The scale of new market is huge and increase rapidly. All things in the market are prosperous. But we also need to face the challenge such as: the old political system and economic system, the previous development style and the old industrial structure. All of them are under attraction. Large quantity of competitors abroad is take part in the internal competition with numerous money, advanced techniques and skillful management. That is the same situation for construction either. The building structure is becoming higher and deeper, with the innovation of the material, equipment and skills, which proposes higher demands for the domestic structure market especially the risk management. It is a subject for us that to find out and manage the potential risk during the process of Supper high-rise building. It can also help us going word forward in this field.In older to fit the requirement of super high-rise building current situation then gain the top benefaction. The paper analysis several risks as followed: risk of investment, risk of quality, risk of progress, risk of safety, risk of civil construction, risk of contract supervision, risk of information management and so on. Then classify those risks for further study. This paper also proposes several countermeasures for those risks either. From the experiences oversea, this paper also makes some initial research on the risk control systems for super high-rise building construction. |
