Application Of Horticultural Therapy In The Residential Environment Of Elderly In Harbin

In the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the national strategy of building healthy China was put forward.But at present,our pension mode can not meet the health needs of the elderly living environment,and the supply contradiction of the pension problem is outstanding.How to adapt to the imbalance of China's endowment resources and create a healthy person's living environment suitable for various types of pension models is a huge challenge.This paper,taking Harbin as an example,explored the application methods of horticultural therapy in the residential environment.The specific content was divided into the following points:First,the study of basic theory.Summarize the related knowledge of horticultural therapy and lay a theoretical foundation for the practical application of horticultural therapy.By referring to three aspects of basic research,clinical research and landscape application of gardening therapy,it was determined that horticultural therapy is a mature and applied method of modern health and the research in China was of feasibility and effectiveness.Two,investigate the various types of residential environment of elderly in Harbin,in order to determine the environment status of the local old-age model and the behavior needs of the elderly.The research content was divided into two parts,one part was for the elderly in the investigation activities in the environment to determine the environmental status and behavior of the elderly.Another part of the attraction was investigating horticultural therapy for the elderly to determine the applied value and direction of horticultural therapy.The effects of the psychological,physiological and behavioral needs of the elderly on the application of horticultural therapy were investigated through the actual investigation.Third,to explore the application mode of horticultural therapy.According to the content of horticultural therapy,horticultural therapy was divided into two categories: activity pattern and landscape pattern.The activity mode included three parts: activity content,activity form and activity step.The landscape mode included two categories: indoor gardening landscape and outdoor gardening landscape.Outdoor landscape includes roof gardening landscape,balcony gardening landscape,garden gardening landscape and park gardening landscape.Horticutural therapy realized the five sense interaction between people and the environment through activities and landscape forms,and provided suitable activities and landscape types for elderly people of different ages,health,sub-health or disease.Fourth,the practical application of the pension mode in Harbin was to determine the practical value of horticultural therapy research,and to realize the specific application of horticulturaltherapy in the pension mode environment through the experiment of horticultural therapy activity and the optimization design of horticultural therapy landscape.It provided comparison and reference for the application of horticultural therapy in other cities by combining theory with practice.
