Research On The Design Of Liaodong Bay Resort Complex From The Perspective Of Recreation

Poetic dwelling,has always been the ultimate dream for people's lives.The vacation has currently become the new hotspot of our society,and complex buildings presents new trends of development.Based on the construction of Aolai resort complex in Liaodong Bay of Panjin,and the application and construction of recreational-related research theory,this paper discusses the creative process methods of the recent vacation complex buildings,and put forward the design strategy in concrete analysis.The first part describes the background and motivation of the topic,defines and compares the related conceptions,and summarizes the related research and development status of the complex and vacation recreation home and abroad.The second part analyzes the theory of recreation,and forms the theoretical guidance system of people-oriented,respect for objective environment and holistic design.In this comprehensive perspective,the information preparation work of research design object is carried out,and the preliminary conception is established with reference to recreation evaluation analysis.The third part focuses on the formation of external groups.Based on the information of all aspects of regional recreational environment as the starting point and control point,this part expatiates on the design process of the initial image and the dynamic integration shaping of the group space image under the diachronic development consideration,which provides a reference for the design of the external group form of vacation complex.The fourth part focuses on the functional space organization within the research object.To use in live-travel demand and the design objective,this part expounds the spatial organization characteristics of the research object in the mixed format,the method of integrated construction about the internal urbanization space,and the spatial characteristics of the function,and highlights the mixed nature,readability,plots and other functional spatial characteristics of vacation complex buildings.The fifth part focuses on the study of the internal environment to create the place atmosphere.In the perspective of recreation experience,this part expounds the natural construction of the theme scene environment,the emotional rendering of the local space,the details of the detail materials and colors,and so on,emphasizing the thematic design and the concern for humanistic recreation of the environment.
