With the development of economic globalization, China’s automotive seatindustry makes competition more intense. Automobile seat manufacturers to adapt tomarket changes in the economy and production technology updates, usingcollaborative manufacturing execution system to improve business in a marketeconomy is the core competitiveness. Collaborative Manufacturing Execution Systemis a new concept based on the traditional manufacturing system and the systemsproposed integration capabilities to better improve production. Therefore, this paperbased on NSGA-II algorithm for solving the automobile seat manufacturercollaborative manufacturing execution systems shop scheduling problem.This paper introduces the background and significance of facing automobile seatmanufacturer manufacturing execution system issues, outlining the concept and effectof the automobile seat manufacturing execution system, current situation and trends.Design for the automobile seat manufacturer c-MES overall solution. Analysislocalization and function model of collaborative manufacturing execution system forthe automobile seat manufacturer. Based on the needs of automobile seatmanufacturers, automobile seat manufacturers design collaborative manufacturingexecution system framework and modules.The paper bases on NSGA-II algorithm solve the automobile seat manufacturerCollaborative Manufacturing Execution Systems shop scheduling problem. Analysisthe characteristics and constraints in order to automobile seat manufacturers selectsthe appropriate shop scheduling algorithm. Gives out collaborative manufacturingexecution system shop scheduling process the mathematical model and the objectivefunction. Research NSGA-II algorithm solve c-MES shop scheduling problem,focusing on NSGA-II algorithm for solving multi-objective optimization problem andindividual fitness and population diversity maintain strategy and elitist strategy forNSGA-II algorithm. The author gives the NSGA-II algorithm for solving steps andnumerical example.Bases on the theoretical research of this paper, design to prototype of automobileseat manufacturer collaborative manufacturing execution system. Analysis application scenarios, design principles and features modular design about c-MESsystem prototype. Select the c-MES system prototype mode of communication,design c-MES system prototype network structure and database, given c-MES systemprototype running processes and some interface. Finally, this paper summarizes thework done, to identify shortcomings and further research directions exist.
