In recent years,the study of automobile handling comfort has received extensive attention from many scholars at home and abroad,and has become a hot issue in the field of automobile research.The automobile gear lever is one of the most important control parts of the automobile.It is closely related to the comfort,safety and health of the operator.Whether the automobile gear lever is comfortable will directly affect the vehicle's handling performance and driving experience.For enterprises,in the stage of automobile R & D and design,the parametric design of automobile gear lever has always been a very important part of the enterprise,and the designed parameters should ensure the comfort of operation.Therefore,this paper takes a certain type of car as the research object in the research and development stage,analyzes the handling comfort problems existing in the design of the gear lever of a certain type of car,and combines the human brain electrical signals and motion capture on the basis of the original subjective psychological research The technology is used to study the operating comfort of a certain type of automobile gear shift.The main research is as follows:(1)In view of the few researches on the measurement of the operating comfort of automobile gear levers and the strong subjectivity of the measurement results,this paper analyzes the production mechanism of the operating comfort of automobile gear levers,and takes the process of manipulating the automobile gear levers as an entry point.The operator's joint torque,EEG signals,and subjective satisfaction are used to analyze the longitudinal comfort of the vehicle gear lever.Combined with the physiological and psychological measurement methods,a comprehensive measure of the vehicle gear lever's operating comfort based on the entropy weight method and gray correlation analysis is constructed.model.(2)In order to study the comfort of the existing design scheme of a certain type of automobile gear lever and verify the validity and correctness of the comfort measurement model.In this paper,a certain type of car made by the enterprise is used as a test platform for research on handling comfort,combined with EEG and motion capture device to test several existing programs.Pre-process the EEG signals through eeglab software,wavelet packet decomposition method and FAB analysis software to process and analyze the EEG signals and motion capture data,and use the comprehensive measurement model of manipulation comfort to make comprehensive measurements and analyze the measurement results.(3)Aiming at the problem of optimal design of the gearshift lever comfort parameter of a certain type of vehicle,this paper uses the method based on uniform design to optimize the design of key parameters of a certain vehicle gearshift lever comfort,combined with the comprehensive measurement model of steering comfort The design test is measured,stepwise regression analysis is used to analyze the results of the uniform design test,and residual analysis is used to verify the effectiveness of the regression model.This article combines the measurement methods of human physiology and psychology to comprehensively measure the operating comfort of a certain type of automobile shift lever,and optimizes the design of the key parameters of the automobile's variable speed operating comfort,and finally designs the optimal parameter scheme of a certain type of automobile's variable speed operating comfort.It provides theoretical basis and technical support for the research on the control comfort of automobile gear shift.
