Research On Constriction Efficiency Evaluation Of Liaoning Province Based On Data Envelopment Model

For a period of time,the construction industry as a pillar industry of China’s national economy in the city infrastructure construction and the rapid development of real estate,has been a very good consolidation and support.However,by comparing the provinces and cities in recent years,the construction industry data found that the development level of Liaoning Province,the construction industry not only with the construction of a strong gap,or even failed to reach the national average.Inefficient mode of production has seriously restricted the development of construction industry in Liaoning Province,how to improve the efficiency of construction industry in Liaoning Province has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper uses the relevant data of Liaoning Province and the national construction industry from 2010 to 2015,and uses the regression analysis method to analyze the output value of the construction industry,the total number of employees,the total assets of the construction enterprises,the total power of the machinery and equipment at the end of the year,(Total assets and taxes,housing construction area),the application of DEA model(the total number of employees in the construction industry)and the output index(total profits and taxes,housing construction area),the application of DEA model The scientific evaluation of construction industry efficiency in Liaoning Province.In the evaluation and evaluation of the construction industry in Liaoning Province,the static and horizontal comparison and projection analysis of the construction industry in Liaoning Province and the provinces and autonomous regions of China are analyzed,and the development level and efficiency of the construction industry in Liaoning Province are analyzed.Secondly,From 2010 to 2015,Liaoning Province,the construction industry data,the dynamic vertical comparison,found that in recent years,Liaoning Province,the construction industry without significant changes in the technical efficiency of Liaoning Province,the construction industry is still relying on investment-driven output mode;Finally,The efficiency of the construction industry between the cities,the analysis of the various regions of Liaoning Province,the existence of a large gap between the construction industry,Fuxin,Liaoyang,Chaoyang and other cities are seriously inefficient,and these inefficient areas to make projection analysis,To obtain an invalid area to achieve effective need for specific increase or decrease in input output.At present,the efficiency of construction industry in Liaoning Province is mainly that the labor force and the total assets of the enterprise as the main driving force of the development of the construction industry are seriously exceeding the effective target value of DEA.More investment scale can not bring about the efficiency of growth.No innovation,backward management level,no significant change in technical efficiency,can not improve the overall efficiency of the construction industry in Liaoning Province.Therefore,to improve the technical level,less input scale is an effective choice to effectively improve the efficiency of construction industry in Liaoning Province;the province between the urban construction industry there is a big gap between the overall macroeconom io regulation and control is not conducive to the distinction between the city,Effective measures to gradually narrow the gap between the efficiency of the city,to better improve the overall efficiency of the construction industry in Liaoning Province.Finally,according to the analysis and evaluation results,some suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of construction industry in Liaoning Province,which is devoted to the sustainable and healthy development of construction industry in Liaoning Province.
