A Study On Protection And Reuse Of Industrial Heritage In Dalian City

Dalian City is an important industrial city of China,with a strong industrial culture,retaining many industrial heritage.However,at present,the research on the industrial heritage of Dalian is focused on the case level.The research on the macroscopic level of the city is still in the blank state.So in practice,it is inevitable that the re-use of the function is simple.Therefore,the paper studies the protection and re-use of Dalian’s industrial heritage from the perspective of the city’s overall view,promotes the functional adaptability and diversification of the industrial heritage re-use,and extends the urban industrial context,Shaping the characteristics of industrial cities,improve the competitiveness of the city is of great significance.Based on the theory and practice of the research and practice of industrial heritage protection and re-use at home and abroad,this paper,based on the theoretical basis of "China Industrial Heritage Value Evaluation Guide"(Trial),combined with the current characteristics of industrial heritage in Dalian,The overall view of the city,the use of Dalian City,the overall planning as the basis,to start the protection of industrial heritage in Dalian City and re-use.Firstly,introduction to the study of the background,the purpose of significance,related domestic and international research trends and content framework,and through the literature review of Dalian industrial development of the historical context,clear the four industrial development period and two industrial concentration areas of Dalian City:The late Qing Dynasty naval base;Russian occupation period;Japanese occupation period;The early days of the People’s Republic of China&"one five" plan period;Dalian Bay&Lvshun East Port industrial concentration zones in history.Secondly,based on the list of Dalian industrial heritage censuses in 2009,a detailed field investigation and analysis was carried out on 49 industrial enterprises and nearly 120 industrial assets in Dalian.The Four Basic Characteristics of Dalian ’s Industrial Heritage:Type all,the number of large,close ties with the military;Three series of industrial heritage group;Groups-Industrial enterprises-Point multi-level heritage form,Many industrial heritage in Dalian bay and Lvshun East port;The whole has "First-line" string "Two areas",More surrounded of the spatial distribution characteristics.Thirdly,under the guidance of the core concept of "historical and cultural heritage value",relying on the theoretical basis of "China Industrial Heritage Value Evaluation Guide"(Trial),construct a hierarchy of city-group-enterprise-point value evaluation system.Then evaluate the industrial heritage of Dalian by way of combination of layered research and integrated value evaluation.Get the result that can represent the industrial heritage of the city and the value of each industrial heritage,to provide support for different protection of industrial heritage.Finally,based on the theory of”Historical and Cultural Heritage Grading Protection",then in the overall view of the city,based on the value of the results of the assessment,the industrial heritage of the hierarchical classification:Group-Enterprise-Hierarchical three levels of protection classification,then put forward the corresponding protection requirements,construction of "two districts,the three series of’ protective pattern on the whole city.And,based on the overall view of the city,under the guidance of the latest Dalian city master plan,through the analysis of the classic case support,the stacking method of Dalian City at all levels of industrial heritage into the urban development of re-use,then make recommendations for the re-use of positioning.Rely on all levels of various types of conservation and reuse of requirements,specific industrial heritage proposed re-use overall strategy strategy.
