Research On Operation Mode Of Logistics Function Expansion In Expressway Service Area Of Guizhou Province

Under the background of the new era,the social and economic level of Guizhou Province has been increasing year by year,the transportation infrastructure has been continuously improved,the expressway has realized ‘county and county communication’,and the integration of transportation and logistics has been gradually promoted.With the increase of passenger and cargo transportation volume in Guizhou Province,the expressway service area can no longer be limited to the traditional functions of refueling,auto repair,catering,etc.,but it should be synchronized with the development of the industry,expand the function,and meet the diversified service needs of the staff and passengers.Relying on the development of transportation,China will build a courier logistics service system covering urban and rural,so that logistics and transportation will develop and promote each other.This requires strengthening the planning of modern distribution centers around large and medium-sized cities and manufacturing bases,and forming a logistics warehousing distribution network with reasonable levels,appropriate scale,and matching needs.Therefore,relying on the rapid development trend of expressways in Guizhou Province,it is very necessary to promote the logistics strategy of “selling goods out of the mountain and net goods going to the countryside” in Guizhou Province and establishing a logistics expressway service area.Taking Guizhou Province as an example,based on the analysis of the function and operation mode of the expressway service area,this paper puts forward the feasibility and necessity of expanding the logistics function of the expressway service area,and points out that the logistics expressway service area can be divided into two modes: the logistics distribution center and the logistics park according to the strength of the expanding function.The paper also analyzes the demand of the logistics function of the expressway service area,selects the comprehensive index smoothing method and regression analysis method to establish the demand prediction model,and predicts that the logistics market of the expressway service area will have a great development space in the future.Based on the analysis of the existing operation and management mode of the expressway service area,this paper puts forward the direction of function expansion and the selection of operation and management mode of the expressway service area in Guizhou Province,and takes Zunyi service area of the expressway in Guizhou Province as an example to analyze the logistics function expansion and operation mode selection.
