Study On The Application Of Refined Construction Cost Management Based On BIM

China's construction industry is developing at a high speed and efficiency,which has been driving the development of national economy.Because our country has changed from the planned economy to the market economy,the construction enterprises are facing fierce competition in the domestic market.The development of informatization has been generally regarded as a strategic means to improve the efficiency of construction and enhance the production capacity of enterprises.The introduction of BIM is not only in line with the concept of building information in China,but also an urgently needed technology for building information in china.Under the dual promotion of market and policy,BIM is becoming more and more common in the future development of construction industry.For construction enterprises,efficient construction cost management has become one of the core competitiveness.At present,China's construction cost management is in a extensive and experiential management mode,there are many problems,such as the allocation of construction resources is not accurate,ignoring the construction cost refinement,dynamic,integrated management etc..Therefore,it is the key to establish the scientific and informational construction cost management system to improve the efficiency and increase the profit of the construction enterprise.This paper takes the construction cost as the research object,uses BIM as the technical method and developes the application process of refined construction cost management based on BIM.It contains a specific way to achieve.After it relies on a case project of the media building to implement and verify.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the collection of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the present situation of construction cost management and BIM,and summarizes the research depth of BIM in the field of construction cost management.(2)This paper expounds the theory of construction cost management from two aspects of concept and content,summarizes the problems existing in the cost management of engineering construction in our country,and corresponded to the characteristics and application value of BIM,finds the breakthrough point,and determines the applicability of BIM in the construction cost management.(3)Aiming at the existing problems of construction cost management,this paper carries on the thorough research from three aspects,including: the continuous application of engineering quantity information in the BIM model of design stage,optimal management of the main resources in the construction and process management of the integrated construction information.At last,the application process of refined construction cost management based on BIM is developed.(4)The application process of refined construction cost management based on BIM is applied to the case study of a media building to verify the results.After,the application advantages of BIM in construction cost management are summarized and analyzed.The results show that the application process of refined construction cost management based on BIM is applied to the project,from the fine control of the amount to the process control of the price.That optimizes the construction cost management,and achieves the control of construction cost.It has some reference value for the construction enterprises to optimize the mode of construction cost management.
