Research On Project Schedule Management

With the rapid development of automobile industry,the cycle of new vehicle is getting shorter and shorter,and the development schedule management of auto parts enterprises are under increasing pressure.Therefore,it is very important for auto parts enterprises to submit products to customers on time.This paper,taking S shift project as an example which is the first collaboration of N company Jiangling Ford,with the existing theory of project management and schedule management theory,combining theory with practice,research on development of N company S project shift schedule management.The paper focuses on the application of project schedule management in the project development of Jiangling Ford S shifter,analyzes the research status domestic and abroad,and puts forward the research methods.This paper expounds the theory of project management and schedule management,Combines the project management process in N company with S shift development project case,uses the method of the project schedule management theory of researching the S project schedule planning,optimization of project schedule,managing the project schedule to ensure that each activity carried out as planned,in total project progress are not affected.Finally the paper summarize the weakness of N company S project schedule management,putting forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions,prospecting for further work.
