Research On The Schedule Management Of LS Compressor R&D Project In LS Company

In the past 20 years,the screw air compressor has been applied more and more along with the reform and opening up.In order to promote the progress of air compressor and the technology development of the industry,technological innovation,upgrading and market product competition in recent years,the state has further improved the energy efficiency limit value,and the new energy efficiency standard will be applied on July 1,2020.So how to speed up the R&D and production of new products,as well as to ensure the company’s emergency response ability and comparative competitive advantage,is a major challenge for every enterprise.Here,I am responsible for participating in the new product project LS Compressor R & D project as the background,learn from the theory and method of project management,about the progress management of the R & D project.Specific research content is to study and analyze the characteristics of LS new product R&D project and the main factors affecting the project schedule.The WBS of Project activity task and the definition of the project activity task are completed,and then the logical sequencing of the project activities is carried out.The time of the project activities was estimated by using the Three-point estimation method,considering the constraints and loads of resources.Using the method of network planning,the critical path of the whole project is further identified.On this basis,a scientific and reasonable Gantt chart schedule which is in line with the characteristics of R&D project is worked out.Then,the process and method of the project schedule control are put forward,the factors affecting the schedule and the corresponding measures are analyzed.At the same time,in the process of the project schedule,the S-curve and earned value method are used to monitor the dynamic progress and cost of the project,and the method of project schedule tracking Gantt chart is used to adjust the project schedule to ensure the success of the R&D project.Finally,the new products can be put on the market before the release of the new national energy efficiency level standard,so as to realize the product strategy of the enterprise.At the same time,through the successful experience of this project,it can strengthen the project management awareness of project participants,and also provide reference for other R&D projects of the company.
