| The digital protection of intangible cultural heritage has been carried out in China for more than ten years.From focusing on the study of the ontological characteristics of intangible cultural heritage objects,to the discussion and application of digital technology and preface technology,the digitalization of intangible cultural heritage has gradually formed a multidisciplinary perspective.However,there are still many problems worth thinking about.How to realize the integration with modern society through digital means.In today’s continuous development,how can the non-legacy be presented to the public in a new way to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of users,how to On the basis of maintaining the authenticity of intangible cultural heritage,digital technology will increase the attraction of intangible cultural heritage culture to users and encourage more people to participate in the protection of intangible cultural heritage.Based on this,this paper proposes a user product-oriented intangible cultural heritage digital product design method,and takes the traditional music-based intangible cultural heritage Jinqiao Blowing Music as an example,and proposes the design path of Jinqiao Blowing WeChat small program based on KANO model,first through Literature research,field research and other methods to explore the cultural content of specific intangible cultural heritage,in order to maintain the authenticity of intangible cultural heritage,and then through the literature research,questionnaires,user interviews and other methods to determine the user’s demand for Jinqiao Blowing Music,And using the KJ method to summarize it,and get six first-level needs and 28 second-level requirements: sensory needs,interaction needs,basic functional requirements,social needs,cultural content requirements,additional functional requirements,Then the KANO questionnaire was designed with 28 demand points as the main content.Finally,the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data was used to determine the demand types of 28 demand points.By analyzing the Better-Worse coefficients,the 28 demand points were prioritized.Sorting,finalizing 21 design elements to guide follow-up Bridge design practice micro-channel pipetting small program,in order to verify the reasonableness of the design process based on non-genetic study of digital product KANO model,ultimately through user satisfaction assessment of the design results further verify the feasibility of the design approach.Based on the KANO model,Jinqiao Blowing WeChat small program design research aims to make up for the lack of user perspective in the digital protection of intangible cultural heritage based on user needs,and hopes to use the new display platform of WeChat applet to have the sense of interaction and interest.Such advantages can better enhance the vitality of non-legacy,and allow more people to join the ranks of protecting intangible cultural heritage spontaneously,so as to promote the digital protection and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage. |
