Research On The Transformation Of Traditional Residential Buildings In Meishan Area Based On The Tourism Of The Whole Region

The development of the whole domain model of tourism broke the traditional "enclosure" mode of tourism,and made the past rely on various scenic spots such as traditional industrial park,traditional village protection area,religious culture area,forest protection area,scenic and agricultural area and other classified tourist areas to become a whole area,and everyone is a tourist image in a certain area.Everywhere,it is a brand new macro development mode of tourism environment.Traditional folk house,as one of the tourism regional resources,has profound historical and cultural value,artistic aesthetic value and social and economic value.However,in the process of global tourism development in the future,how to make rational transformation and reuse of traditional dwellings under the guidance of scientific development concept and planning basis,how to adapt to the transformation of local tourism resources to adapt to the needs of modern life and production,has become a hot topic in today's tourism.First of all,through combing the domestic and foreign research on the combination of village and folk protection,folk house and tourism,this paper expounds the theories of traditional residence,whole domain tourism,transformation and other concepts,and compares the conditions of the development of traditional residential tourism in the Meishan district through the comparison of the whole domain tourism and the traditional tourism.The inevitability of transformation,the opportunities and challenges of transformation.Secondly,through the field investigation of Anhua County in Meishan core area,and using the theory of architectural typology to analyze the prototype of traditional dwellings from two layers of non material and material.On the basis of the transformation of residential areas obtained from field research,the theoretical exploration of traditional residential transformation is carried out.The basis of the transformation of residential houses,the strategy of reusing the traditional residence and the method of the design of the new dwellings,provide the theoretical basis for the practice of the transformation of the traditional dwellings in Meishan.Finally,based on material analysis,such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and field interview,the project practice of transformation and reuse of traditional residential buildings in Meishan is carried out.In order to meet the requirements of tourism development,the design of new residential buildings in Anhua area is explored from the aspects of location layout,functional plane,structure technology,construction material and architectural form.
