Based On Meishan Culture Under The Influence Of New Rural Residential Building Design

Meishan culture is vast and profound of long standing and well establishment,and becomes an independent school in Chinese traditional culture.Their residential architectures also have a unique style of their regions.However,like most of the traditional Chinese architectures,Meishan residential development is never a smooth ride.The process of transition from traditional architecture to modern architecture,Meishan residential development has formed a gap in cultural continuity.Meishan culture and Meishan residential architecture became less cohesive,and even began to lose their unique cultural identity and regional identity.This paper attempts to analyze the modern expression of new countryside and new countryside residence at home and abroad through the source of Meishan residents,then explore the commonality between Meishan culture and critical regionalism to study the prospect of new rural residential architecture under the influence of Meishan culture.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is introduction that intends to explain the origin,significance,content,scope,framework and innovative ideas,then put forward researching thought.The second chapter analyzes domestic researches on developing route of resident and new rural areas,as well as foreign representative of the new rural construction.The third chapter has a detailed analysis of several stages of development of traditional residential architectures in Meishan,and features of several stages.The fourth chapter is the core of this paper which introduces the critical regionalism from various aspects,and demonstrates why the critical regionalism is suitable for Meishan new rural residents,and try to use the theory of critical regionalism to explore how to build new rural residential architecture in Meishan.The fifth chapter is about practical cases on detailed analysis of completed project to absorb the experience of the solution to problems and achievements to contribute to architectural construction of Meishan new countryside.
