Abstract/Summary:
Among all the urban areas,the Waterfront Area has open water landscape and good view.It has the space charm that attracts people to watch and get close to nature.It is often the preferred area for people to work,live and relax,and also displays the image of the city.Express the core of urban culture.Therefore,the urban waterfront area has become the preferred area for construction and development.A large number of real estate developments have been concentrated in the waterfront area,and the rapid development of the city has created a series of problems.In the development of the waterfront area,in order to maximize the value of lan d use,the high-density and high-capacity buildings occupy the open landscape space of the city’s waterfront area.The landscape corridor is severely fragmented and destroys the open space environment of the city.The integrality affects the people’s viewi ng and personal behavior,which is not conducive to the improvement of the space vitality of the waterfront area.This article considers starting from the two levels of regulation and urban design,takes the urban waterfront area landscape view corridor as the research object,explores the creation of landscape viewing corridors,and “manages” open spaces in urban waterfront areas and enhances the waterfront area space.Quality and vitality.This paper is divided into five parts and is based on the research logic of asking questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems.The first chapter is the introduction part,introducing the research background,related concepts,research status at home and abroad,research purpose and significance,research content and methods,and the overall framework of the research.The second chapter mainly analyzes the basic research theory of urban landscape viewing corridors,including the meaning,three elements,classification and role of landscape viewing corridors,and studies the relationship between “people and landscape viewing corridors” and “city and landscape viewing corridors”.Laid the value and significance of the study of landscape viewing corridors.The third chapter is the basic research and expatiation on the construction of the spatial landscape viewing gallery in urban waterfront.By investigating the status quo of the urban waterfront area and rethinking the existing problems of landscape viewing areas in the waterfront area,the basic ideas for building the spatial landscape viewing corridor in the urban waterfront area are proposed,and the specific indicators and factors affecting the construction of the landscape viewing corridor,as well as the actual situation are proposed.In the case,the constructio n elements and design methods of the landscape viewing gallery provide the analysis elements and paths for the following strategy summary.The fourth part proposes and summarizes the strategy.After analyzing and researching the above,starting with the ba sic principles of building landscape corridors,the paper summarizes and analyzes the urban waterfront area from visual accessibility,transparent viewing,accessible walking,and overall space.The landscape spectator building control strategies in seven aspects of spatial order,space diversity,and cultural heritage,as well as the government,experts,development subjects,and the public’s four interest-related subjects,respectively proposed a proposed landscape viewing gallery construction protection strategy..The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis and research.The author selects the project that the author participates in as the research object.Through analyzing the methods of building the landscape view gallery in the case,it compares with the strategies summarized in the previous section to find out the reasonableness and inadequacies in the construction process.Provide reference and suggestions for the construction of the space landscape view of the waterfront area in the future.
