Research On Cost Control Of The Whole Process Of The Construction Project Based On BIM

Because resource utilization is low for a long time in the construction industry and cost management method is inefficient,this leds to the construction project cost control.The construction enterprises are facing severe challenges,the urgent need for the new techniques to changing the status quo of cost control.With BIM(Building Information Modeling,translated into Building Information Modeling)technology continues to evolve,providing for the construction units the information management platformand that construction units communication and coordination with the survey and design units,construction supervision units and sub-units,facilitating many participants the access to a variety of basic data needed fastly and accuratly to avoid information transfer errors and differences between the parties in understanding.This improves the level of cost control.First,the paper introduces the concept and main features of BIM technology,analyzing the domestic and foreign common BIM cost management software,from 12 dimensions related to the value of BIM software to analyze,selecting Luban BIM cost management software as application tools.The problems in the construction project are as follow,low bid efficiency,resource scheduling unreasonable,the extensive management of Material cost control and the completion Data mismanagement,in which the low level of information management is one of the main reasons.In order to improve the level of cost control of construction projects,the high levels of BIM information management techniques for cost control is in urgent need.Secondly,we analyze the advantage of BIM technology in construction project on the basis of improving the efficiency of bidding,reasonable arrangements for resource planning,optimize the construction program,to facilitate the accumulation of data analysis and sharing,and then build the project cost control process based on BIM technology.Finally,we select "Donggang Yujial project" as an example,from the pre-construction phase,construction phase and the completed stage by usilng the project cost control process based on BIM technology,and then analyze implementation effects:finding and solving problems in the pre-construction,offering a number of participants in the construction project of timely communication and coordination in the implementation process and forming the BIM model that it can be used for project operation and maintenance of information management phase,in order to ensure that the project design phase,construction phase and the operational phase of the transmission of information to provide support.
