The Research Of Quality Management On Changling 220kV Transmission Line Project In Jilin Province

Based on the theory of project management,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the factors affecting the quality of transmission line projects in China,and proposes some ideas on how to control the quality of actual projects.Through studying the detailed process of the project,using “Human-machine-material-skill-circle ”quality analysis method,finding factors that may affect the project quality,solutions,improvement measures and guarantee schemes can be revealed.Transmission line projects are managed in the form of several project departments including owner,designer,constructor and supervisor.The main task of the owner project department for quality management of transmission line projects is to fully implement the established objectives and construction principles,so as that the project quality satisfies the standards of State Grid.Designing is the base of the quality control of project.An excellent designing team is a strong technical support to ensure the quality of project.Authorized by the owners,the supervisor completes the mission of supervising,witnessing and controlling during the process of construction.The construction department is the practical operator of the entity construction,whose management level guarantees the quality of the project.Take Jilin Changling 220 kV transmission project as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in quality management during the construction of the project,summarizes the control measures in engineering quality management,and puts forward specific methods for effective control of engineering quality.The main factors influencing the construction quality of transmission line are obtained by analysis.As the project has been scientifically managed from the beginning,and the clear objectives strengthen the control at all levels effectively,therefore,no rework,maintenance,reinforcement and other phenomena have occurred,and the quality of the project has always been under control.The quality of each stage has been inspected and accepted smoothly,small defects have rectified and reformed in time,the quality of the project is at a good level,the project will be put into production smoothly.This project lays a good foundation for the subsequent safe and stable operation.Operation and maintenance is more guaranteed,the resulting social and economic benefits are very considerable.On the basis of summarizing the experiences of projects,this paper presents an effective operation method for quality control of transmission lines.By analyzing the important factors that influence the quality of the project,this paper provides references for the power equipment,material manufacturers and power design institutes,and further helps to improve the construction technology.The reason analysis,control principles,methods and measures concluded in this paper have a strong application value in practice,and a very important meaning for the quality control and management of transmission lines.
