Research On Weifang Zhucheng Wind Power Project Quality Control

In the composition of wind power,transmission lines are the most important part.It plays an important role in the various wind generator.As the national policy to encourage the development of renewable energy,it needs develop disorderly and rapid of wind power project in a few years.Due to lack of the whole process of quality control,prevention and control of engineering quality problems cannot get the specification.The quality problem of the transmission line project has reached the point where they cannot be ignored.Based on power transmission line construction of Weifang Zhucheng wind,this paper uses the theory of foreign internal quality control.Aimed at the specialties of the wind power transmission line construction project,analyses of the quality problems proposed.The analysis of the characteristics with wind farms transmission line project,find that the wind farms transmission line engineering quality problems.It puts forward the transmission line engineering quality assurance management system.It defined the responsibilities to establish quality management system,quality management agencies and responsibility.It suggested that six kinds of construction quality control method were used.Finally,it puts forward the perfect transmission line project quality management of security countermeasures.From the system construction,organization construction and quality evaluation,guarantee mechanism is established.In this paper,the research results will become the important reference to solve the problem of wind power transmission line engineering quality.For improving the quality,transmission line management level has a certain guiding significance.Wind power benefits recycling has important significance.
