Embedded system is widely used in automotive electronic technology because of its small size,low power consumption,high integration,communication and integration between subsystems.However,the traditional offline firmware upgrade is time-consuming and inefficient,and has been unable to meet the bus upgrade performance requirements.In this paper,the on-line firmware upgrading technology of on-board embedded equipment is studied.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,According to the characteristics of the working environment of passenger cars,in this paper puts forward an online upgrade scheme of "embedded equipment" based on "cloud + mobile phone + car receiving terminal".Secondly,According to the characteristics of the working environment of on-board equipment to realize the design of on-board receiving terminal: the design of vehice receiver: hardware and software design of WiFi module and data conversion module,WiFi module mainly includes hardware circuit design,WiFi communication protocol design,and Wi Fi configuration information,data conversion module mainly includes hardware circuit design,software design and the design of CAN bus communication.Thirdly,In order to improve the reliability of the system,the data security protection is designed,mainly includes data security and data backup,the security design of data encryption algorithm is mainly used to transmit data between the mobile terminal and the cloud platform by way of ciphertext.data backup,mainly includes database development and add aexternal EEPROM to single-chip for data backup.Fourth,The design for the system of differential algorithm,remote upgrade package using the algorithm,simplify the generation process upgrade package;to improve the efficiency upgrade is designed with HTTP mechanism Bootloader program.Fifth,Designed the upper computer software based on Qt,which can send and receive the upgraded files and display the update progress in real-time during the upgrade process.Sixth,The upgrade system has been tested,and the test results show that the system can obtain remote upgrade package,and successfully realize the upgrade of vehicle embedded equipment.
