In recent years,china has vigorously advocated green commuting,and electric vehicles with a battery-driven have been given unprecedented opportunities for development.The number of monitoring terminals used to monitor the working status of battery packs and chargers for electric vehicles is also growing.In 2016 the ministry of industry also promulgated the corresponding national standards,which clearly pointed out that electric vehicles must be installed vehicle monitoring terminal to sell or rent.Therefore,the research and development of the monitoring terminal for electric vehicles has become a research focus.In the research and development process,due to the large flexibility of the software,the designer may consider it incomplete,leading to software weaknesses and buried security risks.A timely upgrade system of the vehicle monitoring terminal software is required.The current research status of remote upgrade technology of the vehicle monitoring terminal is analysed in this paper.It is found that there are lots of deficiencies in the remote upgrade solution for the vehicle terminal software platform of electric vehicles.Some approaches focus on the realization of functions,but they do not design the system safety and stability.At the same time,there are also approaches that only focus on the study of encryption algorithms for file transfer upgrades,and do not propose solutions for system operating under abnormal conditions.The requirements for remote upgrade of the vehicle terminal is determined by current research status with the existing hardware and software platform resources of the monitoring terminals in this paper.The overall architecture design of the remote upgrade system and the software design of the server are included in the main contents of the research.The solution based on the requirements are proposed and a careful demonstration of the feasibility are conducted in the overall design section.The design and implementation of the communication module,encryption module,database access module and breakpoint resume module are included in the software design of the server.The vehicle terminal software of the upgrade system is designed on the basis of the original software platform and it is mainly composed of an upgrade file receiving module,an upgrade file loading module and a software jump module.Finally,the remote upgrade system of the vehicle terminal is tested in normal environment and external disturbance situation.The test shows that the system is in good condition and it meets the requirements for safety,reliability and stability.
