With the rapid expansion of the overall layout of rail transit,China's rail transit has entered the development stage of "high speed and heavy load",playing an important strategic role in national travel safety,regional economic development and the improvement of comprehensive national strength.In order to meet the requirements of rail vehicles' coordinated progress in cargo weight,transportation safety and high-speed comfort,it is necessary to carry out a number of testing tests to evaluate the running performance of rail vehicles.The traditional centralized wired vehicle detection system has the disadvantages of complex line connection,difficulty in timely response to anomalies,and low system reliability.With the further development and improvement of wireless sensor network technology,it has been widely used in many fields due to its characteristics of high intelligence,flexible extension and high reliability.In this paper,aiming at the problems existing in the traditional wired centralized rail vehicle detection system,combining the characteristics of wireless sensor technology and comparing the characteristics of common wireless communication technology,the wireless sensor network technology based on WIFI communication is proposed to be applied to the rail vehicle detection system.According to the technical requirements of the rail vehicle detection system and the characteristics of the wireless sensor network,the paper designs the overall framework structure of the vehicle detection system based on the WIFI wireless sensor network,which is composed of wireless sensor node,sink node and user control platform.The wireless sensor node takes STM32 as the main control unit,use 88W8801 wireless WIFI chip to realize wireless WIFI communication,and completes the hardware design of acquisition module,power module and other components.LWIP protocol stack was transplanted to realize embedded device networking,and a TCP/IP protocol server was created to complete the node master program,signal acquisition and wireless communication program design.Based on the.NET Framework platform,the user control software is developed,the wireless communication between the application software and the vehicle detection system is established,and the wireless sensor node control and real-time data transmission and processing are realized.By optimizing and testing the communication function and transmission performance of the system network,the overall experiment of the system is carried out at last.The results show that the system can realize the stable transmission of large data volume and high rate,and verify that the detection system can meet the requirements of real-time,reliability and stability.
