In recent years,with the fast pace of modernization in China,a large number of high-rise buildings have become a beautiful scenery line in our life.The risk of fire increases in high-rise building due to the complex structure,the variety functions,the high dense population,the complex pipe inside the building and some items easy to fire.Usually,,the height of High-rise buildings is over 300m,and the vertical evacuation distance is long.The fire will produce a large number of flue gas,which goes upward and hinder escape,therefore,it is hard to get to a safe area in a relatively short period of time.In this thesis,the high-rise building fire rescue platform with high cost performance and simple operation is a kind of high-tech equipment,which can solve the problems of high-rise building fire rescue and protect the life and property.The design is a integration of high-rise building fire rescue equipment and related technology,which provided the functions of fire extinguishing,rescue save,smoke removed and water supply.The high-rise building fire rescue platform can improve the efficiency of the rescue work to the fire department and create a more secure environment for fire fighting and rescue work.The main content of this thesis is as follows:First,a three dimensional model of the fire rescue platform was established by Solidworks.The typical fire environment and the temperature distribution were analyzed.Then,the thermal analysis of high-rise building fire rescue platform were carried out to get the temperature distribution of the platform in the working condition.The capacity of fire resistance of the platform is analyzed,and some measures to prevent fire were taken.The heat resistant performance of the platform were increased.Second,the statics analysis of the platform were carried out by Analysis Workbench 14.0.Three typical working conditions were considered in wind load cases.The maximum stress and maximum deformation of the platform were calculated and compared under different load conditions.According to the results,the respective actual safety factors were calculated and compared with those required for different load conditions to check if its rigidity meet the requirements.Finally,considering the working condition of the wind load,the buckling analysis of the platform were carried out.Through the buckling analysis to study the buckling behavior of structure,according to the buckling analysis to find out the order and the key parts of the structure which is easy to instability.According to the analysis of different buckling modes,some measures to strengthen the platform structure were taken so that the stability of the platform were increased.Through the research above,the safety of the high-rise building fire rescue platform were enhanced and provided a certain reference for the whole machine design.
