In recent years,casualties of fire officers and men occurred in the fire-fighting process.It caused widespread concern in society.Especially in the disposal of high-rise building fires,large-scale petrochemical fire and large-scale warehouse fire,it is difficult for fire-fighting.It can easily cause casualties of fire-fighting and rescue personnel.For fire-fighting technology and emergency response problems of high-rise buildings and other fire accident,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and development process of high-rise building fire,influencing factors of high-rise building structural safety was researched.The mechanism of building collapse,the method of forecasting,and the decision-making techniques for successful fire-fighting and rescue were analyzed in the fire process by fully combing with the actual needs of fire-fighting.It can provide technical support for large-scale high-rise building fire accident fire-fighting.It can enhance the emergency response capacity of fire-fighting and rescue team members,as to reduce the casualties of fire officers and men.To this end,the main contents of this paper are:1.The characteristics and development of high-rise building fire was researched through the investigation of domestic and international research data of building fire,especially high-rise building fire.Influencing factors of high-rise building structural safety was researched combing with structural safety theory.2.The heat transfer mechanism of structural components,high temperature failure mechanism of building materials,high temperature failure mechanism of building components and high temperature failure mechanism of building structure were analyzed combing with fire science,material mechanics and structural mechanics theory.3.Forecasting model of fire structure collapse for high-rise buildings based on Bayesian Network was built,combing with Bayesian network prediction method.The form of fire collapse in high-rise buildings were analyzed.Corresponding prediction measures were proposed.Crash prediction method,internal strength determination method were researched combing with the actual fire-fighting.4.The proposed method of forecasting was used for practical application combing withJianye Building fire accident.The practicality of the proposed prediction method was proved.It can provide technical support for future fire-fighting and rescue decision-making to reduce casualties in the process of fire-fighting.
