The Architectural Features Of Earthen Fort In Fujian In The Perspective Of Ethics

The content of architectural ethics is included in all aspects of architectural activities.Architectural ethics can meet the needs of human spirit,adjust the social code,express human thoughts and culture,guide the design of architecture.Chinese traditional architecture has gradually formed a rich connotation of architectural ethics,including the family ethics,social ethics,environmental ethics.Since ancient times,Fujian area owns the dense forest and the abundant resources.Under the political unrest and bandits rampant,to defend their homes and breeding,Fujian ancestors built many defensive dwellings,for example the Fujian earthen fort.Most of Fujian earthen fort is the single kinship,in which there is no religious sacrifice but the ancestral hall.which embodys the thought of "weakening religion and attaching importance to ethics"Because of the special defensive,There are many differences between the earthen Fortress and other folk houses.This paper first explores the relationship between architecture and ethics.This paper summarizes the connotation of Chinese traditional architectural ethics From three angles of society,family and environment.This paper focuses on the distribution of Fujian,from the distribution of the status quo,the prototype of the cause,the plane system,functional composition and the shape of the earth and the comparison of the cottage,to summary of the characteristics of earthen Fort building,and also from the perspective of regional integration,natural environment,cultural heritage and ethnic identity four aspects of its ethical background.The article focuses on the ethical implications of the Fujian earthen fortress,Combined with the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Republic of China.First,this paper elaborate the the family ethics of Fujian earthen fort,through the arrangement of Fujian earthen fort,space level and architectural image;second,through the social and ethical implications of the clan of Fujian in the practice of clan etiquette,religion and foreign defense;third,from the alternative Title site selection,Feng Shui imagery,ecological living and the environmental ethical implications of Fujian earthen fort.On the overall evaluation of architectural ethics implication through the characteristics and limitations of the ethics of Fujian.This paper explores the ethical loss of contemporary architectural design,discusses the implications of Chinese traditional ethical implications for contemporary architectural design and the inheritance and innovation of Chinese traditional ethics.Fujian earthen fort is China's defensive and became an independent school of vernacular architecture traditional architecture in Fujian lost treasure.Fujian earthen fort,with soil walls,to protect the main,condense the wisdom of Fujian ancestors to defend the homeland,with the charming of the "lonely fortress can be town".However,for a long time,from the perspective of architecture,culture,or sociology,the academic circles have always focused on the study of the West Fujian and the southern Fujian.The spatial research of Fujian earthen fort is relatively insufficient,the research of the soil fortress never has risen to the level of ethics.Based on the overview of the background of the ethical thought of Fujian,From the perspective of architectural ethics,the architectural features of the Fujian earthen fort will rise to the theoretical height,which can make up for the vacancy of the research on the ethical implication of the traditional architecture in Fujian.
