In the Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems(TRIZ),the location of the product life cycle can be predicted by maturity analysis method of technology system based on patent.Using MATLAB and LabVIEW,curve fitting of the patent indicators was achieved and product technical maturity prediction was completed.13 kinds of technology system evolution model are put forward.37 kinds of evolution route are summarized.From the improved technology evolution potential figure,the current product evolution situation can be directly seen and the corresponding innovation direction and goal can be found.After the analysis of the function in Function-Behavior-Structure(FBS),the black box method and the IDEFO method is combined.Product general function structure diagram is generated by the use of polymerization of each function chain and the new product function structure model is established,which provides technical support for the formation of "B-S" mapping set in the FBS.The product conflict issues are confirmed by the use of Current Reality Tree(CRT)and Contradiction Resolution Diagram(CRD)in the improved Theory of Constraint(TOC).Matrix 2003 conflict matrix of TRIZ is reconstructed and conflict problem solving matrix for mechanical products is acquired.The visual operation of product conflict problem solving is achieved using MATLAB,which rapidly improves the efficiency of product innovation design.Product conceptual design process model is obtained by the integration of TRIZ and FBS.The Fuzzy Discrete Particle Swarm Optimization(FDPSO)is applied in the design and evaluation of the model and then the morphological matrix is constructed in order to combinatorial optimization.Finally,the ideal product solution is achieved.The product components and the overall structure optimization are achieved by parametric and topology optimization design for product parts conceptual structure in the ideal scheme.With the model,machinery equipment of intelligent lawn mower is studied.The 3D virtual model of machinery equipment of intelligent lawn mower is established using UG NX 6.0.The core parts of the model are imported to ANSYS Workbench.Through the parametric design,reasonable size parameters of the parts are optimized.Through further topology optimization,components and overall structure layout of the intelligent lawn mower machine are optimized.
