This paper explores the indwelling design thinking of ZAO/Standardarchitecture with third-party perspective,developing into three topics:1.Three typical projects that were designed and built in Beijing during 2012-2016 are selected as cases.This paper reviews first-hand material in design process,previous literature and interviews with project managers,in order to reproduce the sequence of design decision in project,reveal the complexity of its internal integration process and make intensive reading of the completion status of projects.2.Based on intensive reading of the three cases and other projects and related literatures of Standardarchitecture,this paper attempts to extract the hidden topologic structure of the indwelling design thinking.3.Two-way index mechanism between intensive reading of cases and design thinking are established in this paper,in order to make cross-chapter-reading possible and build a dual structure of the study network,without destroying the temporal structure of intensive reading chapters and interfering conventional reading at the same time.
