Study On Key Problems Of Production And Construction Of Precast Concrete Component

Precast concrete structure is the main development direction of the domestic construction industry in the future,and it is also supported by the national policy.Precast concrete structure is a more advanced organization and a higher efficiency of the construction of reinforced concrete structure essentially.Vanke led by the domestic developers,and vigorously promote the assembly building,and promote the rapid development of assembly type structure in recent years.However,behind the rapid development there are still many problems to be solved.Based on the background of the actual project,tracking the whole process of installation through the production of the project case of prefabricated member and the analysis when the assembly type concrete building components in production and installation in the whole process of some existing problems and constraints,in the process of discussion,the removal of conventional aspects mature steel bar installation,key focusing on the key issues,namely on key aspects of the PC component of the production quality and cost impact problem.The main contents of this paper are:1)Through in-depth study of the key components of pre production such as deepening design,mold and other aspects of the analysis,it is concluded that the general method for effective control in these areas;according to the situation of member units of production,improve production management units with lean management theory,to improve the efficiency,reduce the cost.2)Taking the construction of the project case as the research object,analyzing the key points of the preparation and construction stage,and put forward the concept of total quality management to control the quality of the project.3)Research on the construction of the PC component of the time consuming,and use this to analyze the components of the installation of artificial and mechanical consumption,and as a basis for the precast concrete construction of the progress of the construction optimization.4)Research on the project case,analysis the cost-structure and cost increment of the precast concrete construction and compared with conventional cast-in-place construction,and analyzes its whole life cycle and social benefits,provide a reference for the development of precast concrete buildings.The research results of this paper will be helpful to promote the development of the precast concrete structure in China,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
