Housing industry refers to industrial production methods to build housing,that is scale production of various types of residential parts in the factory,and based on the mechanical assembly feature, with modern information management technology as a means,connecte the residential life cycle,such as raw materials procurement, design, production, assembly, construction, marketing, sales and property management services, etc into a complete industry system. New Precast Concrete Shear Wall Structure as an important form of housing industry,begin to apply in many areas of China,but still in the initial stage at present,and share the very small proportion. In order to realize the application of New Precast Concrete Shear Wall Structure, not only to continue to improve the research in the technical level,but also in the precast segment and the management technology of the whole life-cycle of building.This paper systematically introduce the vertical connection of New Precast Concrete Shear Wall Structure,combine embedded metal corrugated pipe lap joint with insert type preformed hole grouting reinforcement lap connection,propose spiral corrugated tube confined grouting anchor reinforcement lap connection form, design specimen and do pull-out test. During the experiment, the state of the specimens is observed, and the yield load of ongitudinal bars and the failure load of specimens are recorded.The reinforcement strength ratio ? is introduced in the analysis of data, determine the factors that affect the failure mode, failure type, lap strength of the specimens,and provide suggestions of this connection application.Concrete component prefabricated at the construction site can reduce the transportation cost, timely adjust production according to the feedback information,and the indoor environment can produce all-weather operation and ensure the quality of components.Large greenhouse structure of temporary prefabricated factory applying prestress through the arrangement of cables based on the traditional portal frame, to make the whole system of tension which is composed of steel beams,columns, struts and cables,to resist external forces.This system can take the initiative to adjust the internal force of the structure,in order to make full use of materials and reduce the weight of structure. Through the comparative analysis of four kinds of cable arrangements,this paper determine the reasonable structure form of nomadic tension prefabricated large greenhouse structure,and design the key joints of structure.This paper take the the project of SuZhou Fantasia Holdings as an example,introduce the construction site planning, assembly process, project organization and management of New Precast Concrete Shear Wall Structure(NPC) system,summarize the characteristics of the assembly building project. Focusing on the construction, management and operation of the whole life-cycle of the assembly building,it is proposed to extend the standardization from the technical level to the management level in this paper,and develop and implement reusable standards in the management system, staffing, site management and process control etc.In addition, the application of building information model (BIM) technology and prefabricated components track management process based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology are introduced,and the application of the two parties in all stages of the project in the whole life-cycle management process of assembly building are researched and analyzed,in order to provide reference for the precast construction project management.Finally, the research contents and main results are summarized in this paper,and the improvement research direction of popularization and application Technology of the New Precast Concrete Shear Wall Structure is pointed out.
