Distribution companies is crucial to development in the automotive industry,which linking between consumers and producers,is the most cutting-edge products available to consumers.This paper put forward the corresponding development strategy for the purpose of researching and promoting the competitiveness of the comprehensive automobile circulation enterprises,taking the Fujian Jinuo Group Ltd.for example.First of all,the research of this paper is based on summarying and analysising enterprise strategic management theory,competitive strategy theory,sustainable development theory and so on,pointing out the necessity of research comprehensive automobile circulation enterprise development strategy.Secondly,through the definition of related concepts,this paper describes and summarizes the status of the development of automobile distribution from the car before the market,the automobile market and the automotive electronics market,finding out some characteristics such as overall quality of the automobile industry is not high,the level of service is low,sound and effective management system is lack,talents and funds is in short,the former auto market dominated by the policy and its growth of sales is slow.Then,the paper makes further empirical research on Fujian Jinuo Group Limited from external environment analys of economic environment,and policy environment and social environment and internal conditions of profile and status,enterprise culture and the SWOT analysis.Finally,this paper try to find development strategies from the brand strategy,competitive strategy and marketing strategy conjuncting with the Empirical Analysis of Fujian Jinuo Group Limited in Chapter IV and receiving safeguards from strengthening brand building,breakthroughing marketing bottlenecks,and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises providing reference and inspiration for the comprehensive automobile circulation enterprise in the future.The level of pre market,focusing on small to mid-size segment of the market,passenger car market in provinces of east and south China such as Fujian and Anhui,Guangdong,while choicing brand,mainly investing Imedium for the main target market of brand of products as nfiniti,Volvo,Beijing modern,Dongfeng Peugeot.The level of after the market,Fujian Jinuo Group is a comprehensive service-oriented enterprises,enhance the value of services and products to services to create customer satisfaction,focusing on the development of automotive roadside assistance,car house chain,car rental and car replacement services.The level of service area,consolidating regional provinces of East and Southern of China,committed to becoming the country's well-known comprehensive circulation enterprises.In order to implement development strategy of Fujian Jinuo Group smoothly,this paper expounds the functions of strategy and implementation strategies of the development of the corresponding strategic implementation safeguard measures from the brand strategy,competition strategy,marketing strategy,and the Internet +strategy.
