China is one of the countries with the most natural disasters in the world.In recent years,with the rapid development of urban construction,the types of urban disasters are also increasing,and the damage and impact caused by them are getting worse and worse.As one of the important components of emergency shelter,urban park green space plays a very important role in pre-disaster prevention,disaster rescue and post-disaster rescue and resettlement in response to sudden urban disasters due to its wide spatial distribution,high accessibility,perfect internal facilities and many other advantages.However,in the past traditional park green space site selection,its disaster prevention and avoidance function has not been taken as the main consideration factor,which results in that not all urban parks in the city are suitable for direct planning as disaster prevention and avoidance places.Therefore,scientific site selection planning and construction of urban disaster prevention and avoidance park green space have important practical significance for maximizing the disaster prevention and avoidance function of park green space and improving the city disaster prevention and avoidance ability at present.Therefore,it is necessary to study the site selection of disaster prevention and avoidance park green space.This thesis takes the green space of disaster prevention and refuge parks as the main research object,takes the spatial analysis function of GIS as the technical support,studies the suitability of site selection of disaster prevention and refuge parks as the starting point,and explores the methods and strategies of site selection planning of urban disaster prevention and refuge parks.Firstly,with the help of literature analysis,the factors affecting the location of green space in disaster prevention and avoidance parks are screened,identified and classified,and combined with relevant standards and index selection principles,a site selection suitability evaluation system with five criteria and sixteen indicators including safety,accessibility,feasibility,sociality and balance is constructed.Secondly,by analyzing the types of location model and the characteristics of the evaluation index system,the location model of multi-criteria decision-making is determined,and the matching GIS spatial quantification method is selected according to each evaluation index type,and the location method and process combining GIS with multi-criteria are constructed.Finally,the central city of Linquan County is selected as an example to study the application.According to the built site selection model,the suitability of site selection and construction of disaster prevention and avoidance park green space in the central city of Linquan County is evaluated.Combined with the evaluation results,the areas suitable for planning and construction of urban disaster prevention and avoidance park green space in the emerging parks are pre-selected,and the planning is classified according to the scale.The new disaster prevention and avoidance park green space area is delineated for the planned service blind area,and some suggestions for site selection and planning of disaster prevention and avoidance park green space in the central city of Linquan County are put forward.The evaluation index system and the location model method of the green space location of disaster prevention and refuge parks constructed in this thesis can provide reference and research basis for the planning of the green space location of disaster prevention and refuge parks in China,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of cities. |
