As the main artery of the national economy,electrified railway plays an important role in the transportation system of our country.Periodical repair for a long time has been practiced on the traction power supply system,which is a kind of important equipment of electrified railway.As an important process of periodical repair,overhaul mainly bases on the existing equipment repair and partial update to restore and improve their functions.It belongs to a simple maintenance reproduction.Based on this traditional function,there are usually numerous overhaul projects at different places and intervals between these projects are often very short,but engineering quantity of each project is not large.So,in most cases,design and renovation can only solve some partial problems of the equipment.It is difficult to achieve overall optimization of traction power supply system.By studying the evaluation of management of overhaul,technical renovation and transformation,and the basic construction of China's railway transport equipment since the founding of the PRC,this thesis carries out comprehensive analysis to the similarities and differences between the functional location and management of overhaul,technical renovation and transformation,and the basic construction,and also their connection;It studies the general situation of electrified railway entering the overhaul period in China and analyses the basic process,technical standards and requirements of overhaul management of railway traction power supply system;Taking the overhaul of the traction power supply system from Zhuzhou to Dalong section of Shanghai-Kunming railway line as an example,it studies the reform program and management model of the railway;By studying six aspects:the optimized selection of traction transformer wiring,reasonably determination of the traction transformer installing capacity,promoting direct all-parallel power supply mode with return wire,optimizing lightning protection mode on traction substation feeder sides,improving traction return current system and improving the OCS lightning protection level,it analyses the main problems of the overhaul scheme applied on Zhuzhou to Dalong section of Shanghai-Kunming railway line,and proposes new ideas about overhaul functions and new processes of overhaul management.Furthermore,it suggests the related technical measures of overhaul optimization design from the six aspects.With the constantly appearing of new technologies,new equipment in traction power supply system,traditional periodical repair has transformed to less maintenance,or maintenance-free state and gradually to "life management" in the equipment maintenance system.The function of traditional overhaul needs to be updated as soon as possible.Nearly 16 thousand kilometers of electrified railway traction power supply equipment are in need of overhaul in China.It is quite meaningful to research the improvement of overhaul management and optimization of overhaul design.It can promote the continuous optimization on the overall performance of system equipment,and improve the overall efficiency and quality of the equipment maintenance.
