Research On The Adaptive Renovation Of Old Buildings Based On Function,Structure And Aesthetics

There is a long history of old buildings' renovation.It's currently very mature about the theory and the practice of the old buildings'renovation in the West.However,the old buildings' renovation is still in the developing stage in our country.There are still many problems in policies,regulations,theories and practice.The old buildings'renovation is reasonable,feasible and necessary facing on the current situation of"one side thousand cities" and“the declining old city" in our country.Under the guidance of building a resource-saving society concept and the trend of urban development turning to the stock land,there must be more and more renovation practice in the future.This paper traced back to the original source,Combing the development process and development status of the old building at home and abroad,Sorting out some relevant theories and basic principles about the old buildings' renovation.It starts from the most basic three elements of buildings as utility,solidity and beauty,trying to make an in-depth analysis of old buildings' adaptive renovation with system theory method.Make a comprehensive analysis of old buildings from the three aspects of function,structure and aesthetics.Sum up the functional,structural and aesthetic strategies of the old buildings' renovation,pointing out three layers of the old buildings' adaptive renovation.There are a large number of old buildings' renovation cases at home and abroad in this paper,in order to illustrate the analysis methods and renovation strategies better in the function,structure and aesthetics of the old buildings.And combines with two author's participation practices in the old buildings,renovation.Not only to further discuss the renovation of the old buildings,but also to help rethink the practices.This paper combines theory with practice closely,which makes the research more realistic.
