Research On The Information Management Method Of Complex System For Expressway Construction

The construction projects of expressway engineering have the characteristics of many construction stakeholders,the different time nodes and construction periods,complex staff background,more administrative levels and so on.The complexity of the system may lead to information transmissions with low efficiency,information distortion and communication barriers,and these issues would affect the supervision effect and quality of the project.We bring in the fast and efficient social model such as WeChat and QQ within the organization of engineering construction,and research on the management method of flat flow of information based on hierarchical structure.It is of great significance of improving the quality and efficiency of management,guaranteeing privatization of information,and forming efficient and data-driven management mode.This paper takes the engineering construction of the expressway Zhang Cheng Chengde Section as the project background,and researches on the information management of complex systems,and establishes "Zhang Cheng Online" information communication management platform.It focuses on the information management mode,which is driven by flat communication mode.It takes social applications for information front-end,and protects the privacy of information with access control.Meanwhile,it supports the creation of various types of groups and the backstage management system can analyze user behavior and so on.With "Zhang Cheng Online",the human relations are flattened,which means the information can break through administrative levels and be exchanged immediately;the human communication is realized by rich medium,which means the audio,video,image and text can be exchanged;the human communication is beyond the constraints of time and space,which means the information can be exchanged anytime and anywhere.The information management method can penetrate into all aspects of the project management and improve the efficiency and quality of management.The outline of this paper is organized as follows: first of all,it summarizes the current states of information project management,communication management and social media,and introduces the complexity and characteristics of the project,and also gives the management mode of complex system and the concept of information management of engineering construction project.Then,it researches on the communication management method based on social media,including a variety of factors affecting the management ofcomplex systems and the communication model of social platform.It further combines multiple methods,including information integration,linear transmission of information and so on,to explore the implementation method of information management.In the end,it introduces the implementation platform of information management method--"Zhang Cheng Online",and sums up the full text and looks to the future.
