Design And Realization Of Safe Separation Test System And Data Management

Missile products need performance testing on the ground Before launching.In the existing product test system,all the work is completed by the tester via manual operation and interpretation,which not only can not guarantee the safety of testers,but also prone to human error and artificial misjudgment,all of these may make the veracity and reliability of product test uncertain. So it is necessary to develop a safe separation test system,achieving the separation between tester and machine,improving the automation level of missile product test,making the missile product test informativeness and intelligent.In the process of testing,there exist mufti-type data,how to manage these data is the key to the implementation of safe separation test system.Firstly,the Requirements of missile testing work are analyzed,aiming at the defects of existing test mode,design scheme of safe separation test system is proposed.The disigned and realized system can real-time display,identify,record and storage the test statues through non-contact detection equipment.Then,the data source of safe separation test system is analyzed,aiming at the mufti-type data,scheme of data management is put forward.In the process of the realization of data management,aiming at the size and real-time requirements of these mufti-type data,different communication strategy is designed for data transmission;aiming at the disadvantage of the large capacity rud image data,H.264 encoding technology is applied,and put forward the hierarchical coding strategy;aiming at different features of video data and rudder recognition data, corresponding database table is designed,and the search method of the database table is studied.Finally,A set of computer software is designed to complete the function which the safe separation test system should complete.Field debugging shows that the designed system can achieve the intend purpose.The human separation ensures the safety of tester.The real-time recording of test process ensures the trace-ability of test results.The automatic identification of product status improves the work efficiency and automation level of the product test.The computer management to the product test improves the informatization level of the product test.
