For car traveling cable of traditional elevator control system existing some difficulties in installation and sloving malfunction,easily leading to cable fatigue wear,this paper designed a new type of wireless elevator control system.In this system,wireless car communication between the host controller of elevator and the car controller by using ZigBee wireless communication technology has been achieved,and it has been achieved no traveling cable in the elevator.By improving system architecture,the control cabinet of system has been get smaller,and the installation of system is more convenient.The software of system-related features have been achieved.The main work and achievements are as follows:1.Through researching the domestic and foreign development status of elevator control system,briefly narrating application status and feasibility of wireless communication technology in the field of elevator,this paper has proposed the project of new wireless elevator control system.2.The implementation plan of wireless elevator control system which includes the way to get shaft information of elevator,the project about no traveling cable of safety circuit in the elevator,the solution of networking about ZigBee communication and some other content has been designed.3.The project of hardware about wireless elevator control system has been designed.According to the functional requirements of hardware about master controller TSBK,port controller TSBK24 and relay controller TSBK220,the related hardware design and debugging has been completed.4.According to the software functional requirements about wireless elevator control system,software of the system has been designed.System functions about human-computer interaction,car call communication,car and port communication,speed control,car call scheduling and door control have been achieved.The problem about timing of ZigBee wireless communication in car and port communication has been solved.The software of TSBK24 board and TSBK220 board also has been completed.5.The experimental platform of wireless elevator control system has been set up.The functions of hardware and software in the system have been tested.The testing process of human-computer interaction,car call communication,port and car communication,control of safety circuit and multi-speed control have been described,and the testing results have been analyzed.
