The Development Of Intelligent Elevator's Security Lnkage Control System

This paper presents intelligent elevator's security linkage control system which is based on German bp304 elevator control system and the related technologies,such as the control based on ARM chips,bus communication technology and the entrance guard with voice processing and IC card technology.Aim to improve the traditional intelligent elevator linkage control system,the complex circuit and the single control functions are mainly considered.To solve this problem,a newly designed digital interphone has been applied in the system.The brief characters of digital interphone system are listed as below:NUC120 serious ARM Core processor,NUC8814 speech codec,G7.11 Speech compression standard,a master multiple slave of RS422 communication mode.Compared with the interphone of traditional system,digital interphone system has more powerful functions and extra modules.The egress key and exchange visit key modules and the new function of indoor display elevator running state are added to the talkback extension which make the elevator talkback linkage control function more perfect And to simplify the total system structure and circuit and omit floor signal acquisition unit module,both audio signal and the elevator control signal are transferred in a same signal line.To achieve the intelligent elevator's security linkage control system and maintain the intrinsic software and the hardware of the elevator control system,a security controller has been designed to complete this task.When run this system,the elevator signals will be captured by the controller,then the signals will be used to control the call signal inside the car.Through the controller,the functions of talkback linkage control,IC floor control,building entrance guard with elevator linkage control and indoor display of elevator running state can be achieved.The main research contents are as follows:1.Analyze the intelligent elevator ganged control system development present situation in domestic and overseas and propose this study issue.2.Analyze the system functions and make the scheme,then build up the system hardware platform.3.Research the IC card and audio processor technologies.Through analyze the audio and security elevator signals,establish the communication solutions and communication protocol.4.Research the elevator control principle and interpret car communication protocol content;after the analysis of the whole security system's security elevator signal,design and write the program of security controller.5.Conduct the function test of the whole system,and analyze the experimental result.
