With the development of the melding between military and civilian,civil aircraft began to perform increasingly complex air transport tasks and the number of passenger and cargo aircraft continues to increase.The aircraft types which are suitable for the plateau,snow mountain and other special areas continue to appear,so civil aviation transport capacity is constantly enhanced.At present,there is no standard carton group in China,and there is a larger disparity in the standardization level of abroad one.There are also weights and size restrictions in air transport,and many domestic goods are often consigned beyond the limits of the box,which seriously affects the efficiency of air transport.The giant ratio of weight and size is the internal and external fastening device,so it is of great significance to study the fastening device of the special box body for aviation.First of all,according to the using characteristics and performance requirements of the box,the whole fastening device is divided into three parts: clamping device,connecting frame and locking device.On the basis of the weight and measure demands of civil aviation transportation,the general program is designed.Secondly,the detailed design has done and the initial project is selected by statics analysis.The shock resistance is tested via the drop simulation analysis of the clamp device.Finally,the response surface model can be used to optimize the buckle of box with the goal of the maximum stress.Using the dynamic impact simulation analysis get the test samples and select process parameters.The regression equation is established by the method of response surface.The best combination of parameters is solved to make the maximum stress least.Through the research of this paper,a fastening scheme is provided for the material box group of civil aviation transportation.To some extent,the weight of the box group is reduced.So,it can increase the weight and the sort of the goods which can be transported.
