Study On Indemnificatory Housing Community Communication Space

China has the world's largest population and now is carrying out large-scale construction of indemnificatory housing.The large quatity of construction and its extensive sphere of influence had caused the attention of scholars in various fields.There has been a very inappropriate thought that indemnificatory housing is just in name of "cheap" and thought that it does not belong to the normal city,so people rarely pay their attention to the study of the space for community communication in indemnificatory housing.The communication space is an important part of the residents' daily lives to meet the psychological needs of residents,it also has much impact on people's feelings about their lives.In recent years,residents of communities pay more attention to whether the community communication space is vibrant than in the past,so the community communication space construction and operation need to get a higher level.This article studies and analyses the outstanding cases at home and abroad with the research of the completed case to study the basic theory and design strategies of indemnificatory housing community communication space,with a view to promote its future development.This article has five chapters,which focus on four and five chapters.Conclusion part makes a general summary to the study.Chapter one:Introduction.This chapter describes the research background and status of the study,identifies indemnificatory housing community communication space as the object of the study,and in the same time the purpose and significance of the study were analyzed.Chapter two:Overview of communication space.This chapter describes the communication space on urban design and communication of people,gives people a brief understanding of the significance of the community communication space for human life.Chapter three:Overview of indemnificatory housing.This chapter describes in detail the concept and social significance of indemnificatory housing,reviewed the development process of China's policy-oriented of indemnificatory housing.From a fundamental analysis of the indemnificatory housing compared to the ordinary commodity housing,this chapter summarises the feature of indemnificatory housing.Chapter four:The outstanding indemnificatory housing cases at home and abroad.This chapter selectes five cases to learn how to create high-quality,vibrant community communication space.Chapter five:The research and analysis of community communication space of Changsha Tianma indemnificatory housing community.This chapter records the communication of people in this community.Then we conclude some methods to improve the design of this community communication space,and make it applicable to the research of indemnificatory housing community communication space design.
