Research Of Intelligent Reconstruction Project Management For 500 KV Shuanglong Substation

Since the 1980s,project management has been used in the process of power engineering construction,especially in power construction projects,gradually the power grid construction projects.It plays a very important role in saving investment,rising the rate of return,reducing financial risk,achieving a more scientific and standardized investment decision-making,and improving investment efficiency,etc.With the continuous development and improvement of substation intelligent technology,intelligent substation construction pilot project has achieved a great success.The intelligent substation construction is about to have a large-scale application.A large number of 500kV substations,of which the equipments reach their end of operating years,are facing a real problem of the choice of intelligent transformation mode.Thus,it is significant to analyze the intelligent transformation mode for 500kV substations.In this paper,the methods of improving the management,procedures and processes of electricity infrastructure engineering,and the measures of controlling the intelligent reconstruction project key aspects were studied by analyzing the intelligent reconstruction project management for 500 kV substations.This paper firstly made a comparison of the differences between power grids reconstruction projects and new construction projects.Especially focus on the critical technology solutions and the economic rationality.The optimal intelligent reconstruction mode for 500kV substation was given after analyzing the feasibility and economic rationality of two intelligent reconstruction modes of 500kV substation,combined with the case of 500kV Shuanglong substation.In the optimal mode,a detailed equipment furnishment and construction scheme of 500kV Shuanglong substation intelligent reconstruction was designed,and a technical solution of the key link of the reconstruction was proposed.Finally,the effectiveness and inadequacies of the 500kV Shuanglong substation intelligent transformation was analyzed,and the lessons for substation intelligent reconstruction project management experience was summed up to provided a new idea of grid intelligent reconstruction project management.
