Electric power is the pillar industry of national economy.With the deepening of China's power market reform,power supply enterprises and power generation enterprises have transformed into independent market-oriented interests and risks.In the power industry,risk and safety coexist.As the first basic condition of power industry,safety production needs to pay more attention to risk prevention.At present,with the rapid development of the national economy,the power demand is increasing year by year,and the load is increasing year by year.In recent years,due to the shortage of urban land resources and the high cost of land acquisition,the number of substation reconstruction projects is increasing.Compared with the new construction project,the reconstruction project will build a temporary substation because of its uninterrupted external power supply in the construction process.Accordingly,the reconstruction project is quite different from the traditional new construction project in the aspects of site construction risk,project organization risk and project schedule risk.The reconstruction project is quite different from the traditional new construction project in the aspects of site construction risk,project organization risk and project schedule risk.Therefore,as a project risk researcher,we should focus on the risk identification and analysis of substation reconstruction project,and make accurate prediction before the problem occurs.Based on the theory of project risk,this paper establishes the risk assessment model according to the actual situation of the project,and focuses on the risk assessment index of the reconstruction substation.This paper puts forward the risk assessment method of power transmission and transformation project based on entropy weight extension matter-element model,uses entropy weight to objectively determine the weight of each risk index,and accurately determines the risk level of power transmission and transformation reconstruction project according to matter-element classic domain and node domain,and carries out risk assessment on x110 kv power transformation reconstruction project,and finally obtains the risk of power transmission and transformation reconstruction project Status.The results of the evaluation are analyzed briefly.According to the results of risk assessment,some suggestions on risk control of x110 kv substation reconstruction project are put forward,which provides reference for other substation reconstruction projects.This paper concludes that the evaluation index system is suitable for the risk evaluation of substation reconstruction project,and can be used as a reference for the quality evaluation of other similar projects.The risk assessment model of substation reconstruction project based on entropy weight matter element extension model is constructed in this paper,which provides a practical model for other similar projects.Some suggestions on risk control of 110 kV transmission and transformation project are put forward,which provides a theoretical basis for risk management of the same type of project.
