The Experimental Research Of Inorganic Cementing Material Planting-bar Anchorage Performance Bond

Planting-bar anchorage technology has been a wide range of applications in binding reinforcement project,Planting steel materials plays a decisive role in the effect of planting steel,The development and application of inorganic cementing material has also been proposed.Bases on the analysis of domestic steel bond anchorage includes comprehensive technical theory research and engineering practice,this paper makes a deeply experimental study and theoretical analysis on the performance of anchorage of inorganic cementing material.The test Designs and makes 72 specimens for 36 groups of inorganic cementing material anchorage,The major changes are the strength of concrete,reinforced parameters of planting-bar anchorage length,diameter,pore size and drilling concrete cover depth,make test of pulling out bond anchorage,analysis bond mechanism,maximum drawing force,failure pattern,slip behavior of anchorage of inorganic cementing material.Analyses anchorage steel sliding curves of inorganic cementing material planting reinforcing bar,the influence factors of planting-bar anchorage bonding strength include concrete strength,reinforced diameter,anchor length,based on the analysis of the data,select the suitable reliability index,propose calculation formula of inorganic cementing material planting-bar anchorage binding strength.Combines with the compilation of the industry standard "the concrete structure engineering inorganic material after anchorage rules" and bases on the experimental study,Puts forward suggestion of the anchorage length for inorganic cementing material planting-bar in this paper.Put forward construction and quality inspection requirements for inorganic cementing material planting reinforcing bar,which are based on the whole manufacture process and pull out bond anchorage test.The result of this paper provides important reference basis for the compilation of China's industry standard "regulations of post-installed anchorage technology for inorganic materials anchorage concrete structure".
