In the technology of maintenance and reinforcement, anchorage reinforcement technology has become an important method of reinforcement because of the construction process is simple and the effect is ideal.The technology of using adhesives to implant reinforcement bar into structure is anchorage reinforcement technology. The traditional anchorage reinforcement mostly use organic materials, but organic materials have some problems, long setting time, poor heat resistance, poor durability, Low elastic modulus. In order to solve the problem of organic adhesives, we developed a rapid solidification inorganic adhesive anchorage.We get a good mix proportion through many experiments to meet the compressive strength and setting time of inorganic cementitious materials.Through the anchorage drawing experiment under the appropriate conditions,we contrast the drawing ultimate bearing capacity under different conditions and analyze the influence of various factors.We summarize the typical failure modes of anchorage according to the relevant research literature and the failure phenomenon of the anchorage drawing experiment. According to the drawing ultimate bearing capacity of the anchorage drawing experiment, we present the formula of ultimate bearing capacity. To understand the temperature of adhesive anchorage under working environment, We conducted the experiment measured temperature of different point by the means of outdoor tests in high-temperature area(Chang Sha) on the three concrete slab,using the Concrete temperature measuring instrument that were put in the point of concrete slab in advance.After the improvement, the inorganic adhesive anchorage is more suitable for the actual situation.It is used in practical reinforcement project of Chenzhou City,the shear pins were planted by the inorganic adhesive anchorage. By the Sampling test, we get the ultimate bearing capacity of the beam and column, the effect of anchorage reinforcement meet the expectations. |
