Anchored Rocky Slope Similar Materials And Anchorage Body Pull-test And Research

This paper is based on the national natural science fund project,by large scale shaking table test for anchored rock slope as the background,to carry out the model similar material proportion research work.This experiment mainly aimed at the similar material proportion research of cement and rock.The raw materials in this test include barite,iron powder,silica sand,fine sand,plaster,cement,glycerin,etc.Test based on the similarity theory,using the orthogonal experimental design method,adopt the method of pouring prepared specimens.Through indoor test to obtain the main physical and mechanical parameters of similar material,including density,compressive strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength,Angle of internal friction and cohesion,etc.Using poor analysis and intuitive graph to process and analyse the orthogonal experiment results.Choosing the appropriate ratio from the test results to prepare the anchorage model for tensile test.This trial obtained reliable experimental data,the study of model similar material proportion test has a certain reference value.The main research work is as follows:1.Using orthogonal table design 9 groups of cement mortar similar material proportion plan and 16 groups of rock similar material proportion plan.2.Through sensitivity ananlysis to judgment the main influence factors and secondary influence factors to various physical and mechanical parameters in mortar similar material and rock similar material,and combined with the intuitive graph to analyse the influence rules of various raw materials to physical and mechanical properties of hybrid material.3.Through multiple linear regression analysis,gained the approximate function relation equation between test index and various factors.4.Through the anchorage model pull-out test,preliminary obtained the stress distribution of two interface in the anchorage model and the influence law of anchorage length to the pull force,to determine the feasibility of the strain gauge is used to measure the interface shear stress.
