Bus Station Construction Project Research And Application Of Pre-planning

With the continuous deepening of China's political and economic system reform,China's basic construction reinforcement increases the investment,but the engineering construction of our country is still facing the following problems:an impractical work indicated by the project plan,large number of image engineering,frequent "tofu" engineering,engineering safety accidents,etc.The unnecessary economic loss caused by these problems in engineering construction of our country is numerous.Therefore,one of the very important researches is how to use limited resources and fund to maximize interest in prophase planning of engineering construction project.This paper chooses the automobile passenger depot construction project as the research object,we try to improve the efficiency of the engineering construction project planning through exploring the car bus the early stage of the construction project planning and implementation of control,so as to reduce the cost.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is mainly to analyze the problems existing in the early construction of the automobile passenger depot planning as well as the necessity of making bus station construction project planning through the introduction of this article research background,research significance and the present situation of research and development at home and abroad.Finally research methods and research train of thought are put forward in this paper for the following research.The second part mainly starts from two aspects,the first is to introduce the characteristics of the bus station,so as to analyze the differences between bus station construction project and ordinary project.And then analyses the significance of the construction project planning,studies the characteristics of the construction project planning,bus station and bus station construction project planning method and process.Finally,classify the bus station from basic task,function and size,according to hierarchy and construction requirements of bus station issued by the ministry of communications,The third part is mainly to illustrate and probe into its research methods from the seven part of the construction project planning of automobile passenger depot.The seven parts are:market research and analysis,project design and positioning,economic planning,technology planning,organization and management planning,risk analysis,project evaluation and project decision making.This section provides a.detailed discussion on each part of the basic theory and method by combining the characteristics and nature of the bus station.The fourth part is to think about the planning control elements from the theory of uncertainty analysis.Firstly,the correlation of planning and control is explored,which is more practical through the control plan.Then the planning of high sensitivity coefficient of economic evaluation index is studied through break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis,aiming at this kind of index to analyze its influential factors and put forward control measures.Finally,the research is on the methods of comprehensive planning theory and control theory research,combined with the content of the construction project planning of bus station in detail,using the already established sensitivity analysis of model to analyze the case of economic evaluation index,the high sensitivity coefficient of the project economic evaluation index.In the actual construction,this plan achieve the expected goals and plans by the way of a connection between the economic evaluation index and by controlling the various relevant factors,so as to ensure the practical significance of the project planning.
