The development and application of stereo garage is an important way to solve the phenomenon of parking difficulties.To a new type of stereo garage research and development,whether it can be long-term safe and stable operation is very critical to the marketing prospects and the safety of people's life and property.So it is very importation to research its mechanical properties and control system to ensure the device efficient and stable operation.And this is very import for the device to place on the market.This article is based on actual projects.Research a new type of stereo garage,analysis the mechanical properties and control system.The device structure and composition,characteristics and working principle was introduced.The mechanical properties and motion characteristics about the lift system were analysis.Establish the level and vertical direction of the kinetic model and obtain vibration differential equation.Using finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,establish the finite element model and make the simulation analysis of vibration in the lift process.Verify its stability in the work process.Analyze of the seismic performance about the stereo garage parking spaces.Under the action of earthquake spectrum,the system response principle has been offered.Using finite element software ANSYS,exploit power spectral density analysis method,analysis the seismic performance of the frame.The simulation Analysis verifies dimensional parking seismic performance and provides a theoretical basis for related products seismic design.Make modal analysis of framework and obtain the first eight natural frequencies.Provide a theoretical basis to prevent the resonance of stereo garage spaces.Design a stereo garage control system.Siemens programmable controller S7-200 is used as control core.MM440 inverter is utilized to adjust the speed.Communicating between S7-200 and MM440 is using USS protocol.Set the relevant parameters about MM440 inverter.Electrical schematic diagram of the control system and control program flow chart were given.A reference basis for the design of electrical control system of Stereo Garage has been obtained.
