Research On The Information System Of Subway Project Management Based On BIM

The subway project has features of long construction period,big investment volume,large amount of professional works and risks involved and more difficulties to be controled for project management.The emergence of modern management techniques and tools provide a scientific and effective methods and means for project management work of the subway.The research and application of the BIM information systems scope has been extended with the computer technology more and more widely used in practice of construction engineering,and it occupies an increasingly important position in the project management work.This paper is based on the WBS of subway project,using the basic theory and methods of modern project management knowledge system,relying on the computer network technology and digital technology.Finally,it is proposed to build the BIM information systems based on the conception of WBS of the subway project.The electronic information system is an important means to promote the modernization and scientific of construction project management,the establishment of information system of subway project management based on BIM plays an important role of planning,organization,control,and coordination functions of integration for the whole life cycle of the subway project,and helps ensure that adequate sharing and effective transmission of information so as to achieve the purpose of improving project management efficiency.Firstly,this paper takes statistical analysis of the modern subway project management status and establish the overall application architecture of the subway based on BIM according to the modern project management knowledge system;the next,it makes a detailed analysis of the WBS of the subway project,putting forward the project coding system based IFC and making a complete WBS of the subway project;once more,this article makes a research of the project process management solutions for the whole life cycle and proposes BIM information system module design of subway project based this;and then,it makes project interface analysis of the subway project according to the process management analysis and proposes the integration management of management process;in the end,the paper puts forward the BIM information systems application model based on the WBS subway projects In order to improve the efficiency of the whole life cycle of the metro project management services according to the studies of the above analysis.
