The Research On The Dynamic Operating TOPSIS Comprehensive Evaluation Method Based On Panel Data

Comprehensive evaluation technology is not only a means of understanding objective things quantitatively,which has a pivotal position in contemporary statistical statistical method system.Social development and progress of science and technology make the evaluation and decision problems facing more and more complex situation,thus some problems can not be solved with the cross section data,time series data or the static evaluation methods,which must rely on panel data and the corresponding dynamic evaluation method for further analysis.With the deepening of the field of comprehensive evaluation,discussion of comprehensive evaluation theory and method has been extended from cross section data or sequential data to the panel data,thus,the comprehensive evaluation problem based on panel data is main force of statistical evaluation research in the future.Based on existing literature research,put forward a set of the dynamic TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation system of panel data.Mainly included:at first,in regard to the reverse problem,the incomparation and the defects of the integrated evaluating values existed in conventional TOPSIS method,carried out the improvments by introducing the absolute ideal solution to replace relatively ideal solution,introducing the markov distance to replace Euclidean distance,introducing the two dimensional space and the optimal reference point;secondly,with respect to the limitation of static dimensionless,such as range-method,standardized method,averaging method,proposed three kinds of dynamic dimensionless method,namely,the standard sequence method,the whole sequence method,the incremental power method,finally determined to use the whole sequence method,which was introduced into the average method with a time dimension;thirdly,after comparing of the grey correlation method,variation coefficient method,entropy weight method and the CRITIC method,decided to use advanced CRITIC method with standard deviation coefficient instead of the standard deviation to empower,after comparing the time degree method,the arc-tangent function method and OWA operator empowerment method,decided to use the advanced OWA operator empowerment method introduced "HouJinBoGu" thought to empower.Used comprehensive evaluation level of seventeen hydropower listed companies in China from 2010 to 2014 for the empirical analysis,through the empirical results,found that the evaluation result of dynamic TOPSIS evaluation model was agreed with the performance situation of hydropower enterprises in our country,which verified that the evaluation model was effective,and had the economic significance.
