Research On The Rural Settlements Space Layout In Hunan Based On Humanistic Poverty

The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC put forward that overall construction of new urbanization is people's urbanization,In essence,as the core of the rural urbanization.While the quality of urbanization ultimately reflected in the farmers' cultural quality,in the cultivation of humanistic spirit.And then put forward the "let the residents can see mountain and water,remember nostalgia" and the construction of the beautiful countryside,highlighting the Humanities Index in the assessment index of urbanization construction important status.With the Humanities Index(HDI)to measure rural areas of Hunan,it shows the"Humanistic poverty",embodied in the culture of poverty,capability poverty and right poverty.Therefore,rural settlements as the material carrier of nostalgia,it is necessary to study on situation and problems of Hunan rural cultural poverty from the point of view of the settlement space,and puts forward the suitable for the present with the humanities thought of settlement space layout in order to retain nostalgia and construct beautiful countryside.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background,research scope and relevant concept definition,research status,research purpose and significance,research methods and thesis framework.The second chapter is the analysis of Hunan rural cultural poverty alleviation.Apply the human development index(HDI)calculation method,interpretate of"Humanistic poverty" of the concept and connotation,the rural area of Hunan is still in the stage of "Humanistic poverty" argument.In Jin Ping Town,Cili County Zhangjiajie City,Hunan Province as the investigation object,Questionnaire survey on human poverty alleviation work,Analysis of problems and reasons behind,Think these problems in the space level specific performance for the decline of the rural settlements system space is too fragmented,community differentiation,the decline of public space.The third chapter,aiming at the first problem of rural settlements system space is too fragmented that need in the macro scale,reconstruction of settlement system space.By optimizing the hierarchical structure of the settlement system,strengthen reachability settlement system space between each other,control system space of the village area of intermediate fragmentation,so as to seek a settlement system space dispersion and concentration of balanced developmentThe fourth chapter,aiming at the second issue of the community differentiation,that in the middle settlement individual spatial scales by quantifying and controlling the boundary of rural community,the scale and the function index to make definition of rural communities and create rural community as a whole image.In this way,it helps to strengthen the identity of the residents' sense,formation of community sense,and will assist in the implementation of the rural and the development.The fifth chapter,aiming at the third problems of the decline of public space,Think in micro settlement within the spatial scale,Based on the overall layout of the public space in a planned and organized way,Extract,restructure,redesign of memory elements and make functional composite,in order to seek public space that fit the real needs of residents and provide specific material bearing space and node that carry out cultural activities.The author believes that the research on Humanistic poverty and poverty alleviation,village and town planning ideas in the three aspects of system space of the village,rural community space and settlement of internal space,have a certain practical significance for the development of cultural construction in rural areas.
